Once goods are exported we keep track and convey to our buyer transit status on hourly basis.
Spot response with typical COA
We are able to respond to queries mostly on spot per return mail or at the most within matter of hours alongwith copy of Typical Certificate of Analysis. Specimen of documents such as M.S.D.S, Non hazardous, Non-bovine etc.etc. are scanned and emailed/faxed then and there if demanded.

Free Sample, except for the too highly priced product, if asked for, is couriered simultaneously.
Terms - tailormade
Over a period of time we have also understood the payment terms prevailing in different countries of the world and have our terms tailor made to suit the differing payment needs of our valued buyers. To our longstanding bulk consumers and the genuinely needy ones, we even allow exports on convenient terms such as 60 Days DA and so on.
Just order - get grams to FCL consignments.
We entertain exports from 1Kg (in some high cost APIs even in Grams) to FCL basis. Supply through Courier/Door to Door/Air cargo and FCL by sea are met to the entire satisfaction of our buyers.
Tradeline buyers - Please have no worry
Bangladesh and Pakistan remain our largest buyers - the lions share being TEXTILE DYES manufactured by parent company RADHA DYE CHEM (Prop. Vallabh Dye Chem Pvt.Ltd.). In these two countries we have the same Agents for 2 decades who place orders for buyers. Letters of Credit are established by the buyers directly in our favour. Our Agents even prompt buyers to meet us for product related enquiries. The mutual trust between ourselves and our agent is something to be experienced if to be believed. This strict adherence to business ethics is carried forward and cited to our up and coming Bulk Drugs buyers.Overseas trade line buyers need have no fear of our snatching their consumer buyers.
